A Few Q's and A's for the Aspiring Customer
Q. How long will the service take?
A. Once one of our technicians arrives, we will go over our procedure with you, ask about any recent issues with the car, and ask when the last time the oil was changed. We will then begin working, and it will probably take no more than a half hour.
Q. Do I need to provide any tools or products for the job?
A. Not at all! Our technicians arrive with all of the tools we need to get the job done. You are more than welcome to provide a motor oil of your preference, but you do not need to provide anything for us! Just a car to change the oil on.
Q. Does your company offer any other automobile servicing?
A. We specialize in oil changing and that is what we do best. However, if you need something basic done such as battery change/installation, and we can even perform physical vehicle diagnostics.
Q. Are you guys located in any other cities in CA?
A. We are a start up company based out of San Jose, and do not currently have any other connected companies to us outside of the San Jose Bay Area.
